‘Wellbeing Through Work: In-Work Support’

‘In-Work Support provides free and confidential support to help people who are struggling at work, or who are on sickness absence due to a muscle or joint problem (like back or hip pain), or with an emotional health issue, such as stress, anxiety or low mood.

This locally based Service, provides rapid access to our team of professional, NHS Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists, who provide tailored support to help people manage a health condition in work or successfully return to work.  As the Service is funded through the Welsh European Funding Office, there is no cost to you or your employees to access this support. The only criterion is that individuals are employed and either live, or work in the Swansea, Neath, Port Talbot or Bridgend Area.

From an employer’s perspective, we are also able to deliver targeted Workplace Health Programmes (WHPs) that can be designed to meet the specific needs of your business. This may include staff health and wellbeing advice, health promotion activities or the development of workplace policies or practices that help support employee wellbeing.

If you would like any further details, please do not hesitate to contact us on 0845 601 7556, or we can arrange to visit your workplace to provide more information about what we can offer.’
