On arrival at the MC Centre Bridgend our Receptionists will welcome you and will direct you to your required service.
The MC Centre Bridgend has disabled parking in front of the building and over 100 free spaces in car park opposite road.
We have a DDA Compliance lift and male, female and disabled toilets.
Our public liability certificate is displayed in the reception area.
We currently have two offices available, which benefit from:
Rent: 50p per square foot + 20% service charge + vat.
Facilities: DDA compliant lift, double glazed windows, central heating, kitchen and toilet facilities.
Deposit: £100 per office.
Lease: 6 month short term lease.
Invoice: paid monthly in advance by standing order or Bacs (in line with moving in date)
20% charge includes: business rates, electric, water/sewage, gas, cleaning of communal areas.
Tenants also benefit from the use of the Training rooms and meeting room for free on a standby basis ( paid bookings will cancel standby bookings).

Chepstow Road, at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit
