Ed Kirk – Site Director
(Director & Board Member (Chair))
Ed has decades of experience in Management, Training, Construction and Maintenance. With his previous roles including site managing two Welsh Government buildings and prior to that managing teams in Gatwick and Cardiff airport. He has an organised and analytical mind, with the ability to bring a positive result over a negative situation. He sees every one as equal and he’s able to keep calm in stressful, abusive and emotional situations.
As Site Director, Ed is responsible for managing all current and future MC sites, including buildings and grounds.
Amanda Kirk – Finance & Marketing Director

Amanda has over a decade experience in Management, finance, sales and marketing.
She has a strong sense of organisation, motivation and leadership, with enthusiasm for every task and the ability to promote the same qualities in others.
Amanda is the Funding and Marketing Director and is responsible for all back office duties and procurements, to include; writing and maintaining business plans, writting yearly CIC reports and Thanksgiving reports, checking monthly book keeping and yearly accounts, writing funding applications to grants and business sponsors, writing and designing all marketing material and press releases.
Steve is a valued member of society and overflows with decades of valuable construction, property and management experience within his own successful business'. Steve has built up valuable contacts within a variety of fields and industries which is a real asset to Mulligan Community.

Anna has decades of experience in running her own family successful business and worked for many years for a Community Sustainability Business.
Her experience and knowledge and drive is a valuable addition to Mulligan. Anna is highly recommended within her financial knowledge also. Anna will soon be a Centre Manager at one of our Centres in 2018.
Lesley Evatt – MC Family Support Manager
Lesley was a trustee for Home-Start at local, national and UK level before taking early retirement from teaching for 33 years and the later 19 years as Head Teacher, eventually taking on the management of Home-Start Bridgend. This has given Lesley numerous opportunities to work in partnership across the statutory and voluntary sectors. Lesley was the first trained Forest School leader in the Bridgend borough and set up the first 2 Forest Schools in the authority. This led to her being part of a small group who worked together on the building of the Rockwool Woodlands for Learning Centre and she was also one of the original trustees for the centre. Lesley's passion for outdoor education also led her to become part time field teacher for the R.S.P.B.
Lesley has had extensive experience as a trainer, working with the Education and School Improvement Service and the Children and Young People's Partnership (whom Lesley was the first member of). This experience is now put to good use running MC Family Support and training volunteers.
